VEDAS AI strives to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Our refund policy is as follows:
Refund: If an order is cancelled within 30 minutes after successful payment, the full amount will be refunded to the same Bank Account / Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI account used for the original payment.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will generally be processed within 3–4 working days, or according to the applicable payment gateway and banking processing timelines.
Payment Gateway Rules: The actual time for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
Cancellation After Dispatch: Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation under this policy and will be subject to the applicable VEDAS AI Return and Exchange Policy.
